Overview |
We dispatch all orders from our warehouse at 4/11 Cylinders Drive, Torquay VIC 3228. We ship to all states and territories within Australia. We do not currently offer international shipping.
All orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 pm AEST may be processed the following business day.

How Shipping Works |
We do not charge shipping at the time of purchase. Instead, once your order is dispatched, we calculate the shipping cost and send you a separate invoice for payment. This approach allows us to shop around for the most competitive freight rate available at the time of dispatch — which means you get a fair price rather than a padded flat rate built into your order total.

• We source the most competitive freight rate available at the time of dispatch across our carrier network
A shipping invoice will be emailed to you after dispatch. Payment is due within the terms of your account. If you have any questions about your shipping cost before placing an order, contact us at admin@abcoz.com.au or call 1800 181 383 for an estimate.

The table below provides estimated delivery timeframes by zone. Shipping costs are not fixed — they are calculated at the time of dispatch based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery location, and invoiced separately. The following carriers are used depending on zone and order size:

Carriers |
We use the following carriers depending on your location and order size:
• Australia Post — standard parcel delivery nationwide
• StarTrack — express and heavy freight, particularly for bulk orders
• Aramex — metropolitan and regional delivery
• Geelong Express — Geelong, Surf Coast, and surrounding regions
• ABC OZ own fleet — Torquay local deliveries
We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for your order based on size, weight, and destination. If you have a carrier preference or account with a specific carrier, please contact us at admin@abcoz.com.au before placing your order.

Order Processing |
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times are typically:
• Standard in-stock orders: dispatched within 1–2 business days
• Bulk or B2B trade orders: dispatched within 2–3 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays: processed the next business day
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been collected by the carrier. Tracking is available for all carrier services.

Tracking Your Order |
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at admin@abcoz.com.au or call 1800 181 383.

Delivery Addresses |
We ship to street addresses, business addresses, and PO Boxes (via Australia Post only). We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes using StarTrack, Aramex, or Geelong Express.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you need to change your delivery address after an order is placed, contact us immediately at admin@abcoz.com.au — changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

Large or Bulky Orders |
Some products — including large quantities of bin liners, cleaning equipment, and bulk chemical orders — may be classified as bulky freight and attract higher shipping costs. These will be reflected in your shipping invoice after dispatch.
For large B2B trade orders, we recommend contacting us directly at admin@abcoz.com.au or calling 1800 181 383 to arrange a freight quote before placing your order. We can often negotiate better rates for regular or high-volume customers.

Damaged or Lost Shipments |
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, please:
• Take photos of the damaged packaging and product before opening further
• Contact us at admin@abcoz.com.au within 7 days of delivery
• Include your order number and photos in your email
We will lodge a claim with the carrier on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and building reception before contacting us. Contact us at admin@abcoz.com.au if your order cannot be located — we will investigate with the carrier.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, if we arranged the carrier, we may be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue. |

Undeliverable Packages |
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or the package being unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the failed delivery was due to our error.
